Endocannabonoids System

Endocannabonoids System

When it comes to CBD and what it can do!

Its simply amazing the benefits it provides for your body.  Its hard to understand exactly how CBD works? I want to break down exactly how CBD will help you when it comes down to it.  We all have Endocannabinoids, which are made in the body and we also get them from our diet. There are 2 receptors in the brain that are called the CBD1 receptor and the CBD2 receptor. The CBD1 receptor primarily found in the brain and mainly effects mood.  The CBD2 receptor is primarily the body and mainly found in the body that effects the immune system, also inflammation.

 There’s a big difference between CBD and THC!! The big difference is with CBD you dont get any type of psychoactive high as you would with THC. There’s only .03% THC or less in CBD. Now when the body ingests THC it activates and stimulates our receptors, which affects specifically the Hippocampus and Amygdala in our brains giving us symptoms happy, tired, and so on.

The 3 main things that come from ingesting THC is :

Increased Appetite;

Reduced Pain;

Changes in our cognitive emotions.

The reason why CBD is legal in all 50 states is because CBD is allosteric modulator. This means it doesn’t attach directly to the receptors but instead increases how receptive the receptors are to the natural endocannobinoids in our body.   CBD enhances the receptors helping with anxiety and anti anxiety effects. CBD also enhances the CBD 2 receptor with Anti Inflammatory & Anti oxidants effects, so CBD enhances the receptors action in a natural way rather than directly activating it. This direct approach means we dont get the same psychoactive effects like THC.

CBD1 enhances the 5-HT1A/2A/3A receptor which is known at the serotonergic receptors. also known as the Serotonin.

CBD2 enhances the TRPV1-2 vanillin receptors are also enhanced by CBD and these receptors are responsible for the regulation of body temperature and inflammation in our body.

CBD Also Known To:

Deactivate Alpha-1 Adrenergic and opionoid receptors.

Inhibit the sinaptic up take of Noradrelaline, Dopamine, Serotonin and Gaba

Act on mitochondria calcium stores

Block low voltage activated T-Type calcium channels

stimulate the activity of the inhibitory glycine receptors

Inhibit the activity of Fatty Amid Hydrolase

Basically CBD has an effect on different areas in the body and why it helps so many different people with:

  1. Depression
  2. Anxiety
  3. Healthy Heart
  4. Crohns Disease
  5. Seizures
  6. Cancer
